About Charlie Lucroy

I’m Charlie Lucroy, Owner/Broker of NextHome Concordance Realty with more than two decades of hands-on experience in property management, residential sales, and real estate investment. I’ve been involved in the family real estate business since 1998, became a licensed real estate agent in 2009, and earned my broker’s license in 2011.

While much of my career has focused on property management—overseeing single-family and small multifamily properties—I’ve consistently listed and sold homes throughout my time as a licensed agent and broker. My background allows me to bring a practical, numbers-driven perspective to every transaction, whether I’m helping a homeowner sell, advising an investor, or navigating a more complex deal.

I hold active real estate licenses in Mississippi and Florida. In 2015, my journey took me to Florida, where I managed single-family residential homes, before ultimately returning to Mississippi, where I now call home and appreciate the culture, people, and landscapes of the Magnolia State.

Outside of real estate, I’m a U.S. Navy Veteran, a devoted husband, and a proud father of three sons. I’m a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, support the Mississippi State Bulldogs, and enjoy being on the water and discovering great food. I believe in balancing hard work with life—and in real estate, that balance comes from experience, clear communication, and trust.
